I will be making some changes to my server as I’m not happy about the read and write speeds of files as I move them around.
Starting with a fresh backup of all files. Plex will go off line for a unknown time frame. Read my prior post here.
Some of my game servers will also go offline for an unknown time frame. The main computer is over 5 years old. I may just upgrade some internals while it’s down. I will be looking to down grade the amount of drives to 8 or less as its pulling alot of power for my battery backup to run 13 drives when the power goes out. So for the month of September don’t expect Plex to run.
