I did back up my database. But, I forgot to back up my files on the site. So my site has been down much of the afternoon. I&#8217;m use a version of my last complete backup from April of 2016. And then did a manual upgrade to the latest version of wordpress and change the template. I like that I can link a video as my header on my site. But it won&#8217;t randomly pick a video.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to start doing a monthly backup of all my sites as well as my media collection.<\/p>\n<p>Doing backups before upgrades is the best thing to do in case of a failure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was going to post a blog regarding my plex server and I decided to do the wordpress upgrade.
